Issue #158 – One Day At A Time
Many of our friends quit drinking last year and transformed their lives (and relationships)—they feel better, have more energy, and radiate a glow from the inside out. Just as we’ve shifted our behavior from BBQ-loving carnivores who thought a meal wasn’t complete without meat—to plant-based flexitarians, we’re applying the same mindset to everything from alcohol to sugar and other unhealthy vices. And, rather than make die-hard resolutions for the year ahead we’re going to make ONE resolution each day and hold each other accountable for it. Today’s resolution: turn off our screens (just right after this newsletter goes out). We say it all the time and we really mean it: we are both so grateful for your support of our little newsletter. Wishing you a year of love, learning, and adventure!
