Do you know anyone who enjoys a great night’s sleep consistently? We certainly don’t. There’s a reason sleep is a multi-billion dollar industry (as in over $100 BN)—from trackers to tinctures, bedding, books, and everything in between. We’re probably reacting to last weekend’s clock springing forward but this week’s issue is devoted to the Zzzs.

The Sick— Our friend Susan turned us on to this illuminating article called Your Sleep Schedule Is Making You Sick from last Sunday’s New York Times. If only our bedroom windows faced East.
The Bed — Mattress shopping is not high on our list of favorite things to do but there’s a helpful site called Sleepopolis that tests and researches everything on the market and reviews only the best. We love how they organize mattresses by use case: side vs. stomach sleepers, back pain, gettin’ busy, etc.
The Binge — For those nights when you can’t sleep (or anytime you’re wide awake) check out the smart, riveting new series on CNN called Mostly Human with Laurie Segall, Senior Technology Correspondent and a journalist. Laurie has a witty, humane, and personable way of finding the intersection between tech and life.
