Fit for Life
After years of pandemic inertia and a summer spent eating French Fries and swilling Frosé, we’re eager to slip, rather than squeeze, back into our work clothes. We turned to the members of our private community, The What Women, to ask about their fitness habits and overwhelmingly the same two suggestions kept surfacing: Noom and MyFitnessPal. Unsurprisingly these two Apps have helped many friends get a handle on their daily food intake and exercise but the painstaking monitoring of every calorie and step is tedious. You know what’s also tedious? Stressing about weight gain (unless it’s endangering your health). We go up. We go down. We strive for consistency. We also don’t beat ourselves up about it if we stumble. Let’s see what The What Women have to say about it.
